Day 1 In Pictures


We had dinner at "The Gumbo Shop" and encouraged the students to try some local cuisine. Ally tried alligator sausage, pictured above. Yum!


A night in New Orleans is not complete without a stop at
Cafe DuMonde for beignets. Mmmm.






Humidity + Ms. Waldock = crazy hair.
